Terms & Conditions

  • The referred person must be a new client of TMS Princes.
  • The referred client must complete their mortgage through TMS Princes before the voucher is issued.
  • One voucher will be issued per completed mortgage case.
  • The referrer must be aged 18 or over.
  • The referred client must tell us who referred them at the start of their enquiry.
  • The voucher will only be issued once the mortgage has completed.
  • There is no cash alternative.
