My role involves carefully verifying that all client details are accurate and ensuring the documents are completed to a high standard.

I compile the full protection packs and supporting documents, enabling our advisers to present transparent, compliant, and well-prepared recommendations. By taking care of the details, I help make the process smoother for both the team and our clients, giving them confidence that their protection is in safe hands.

Outside of work, I enjoy painting and other creative pursuits.
